Seed Deposit (Devnet)

POST /v1/deposits/seed

Devnet only. Mint synthetic balance into a user's account via the bridge service.

The route exists only when the gateway binary is built with --features dev-tools and started with DEV_TOOLS_ENABLED=true; otherwise it is not mounted and returns 404. No authentication.

user_id is a UUID (hyphenated or 32-hex); asset and amount are passed to the bridge as-is.

Errors: 502 bridge call failed (plain-text body), 422 body fails to deserialize.

Used by rocky-bot/scripts/mint-30.sh to credit each new account with $100 USDC and by make seed-devnet for smoke tests. Returns 404 on mainnet (dev tools disabled).
