Claim Season Tokens
Intended to generate an EIP-712 signature payload that the user presents to the on-chain contract to claim their season token reward.

Status: Not yet implemented (空缺).
The route exists and requires a session token, but on-chain claim signing is not configured: every call for an existing distribution record ends with 501. No signature payload shape is defined in backend code, so do not build against one. The distribution engine that would create claimable records is also not implemented (see Overview).
