askPrice / askQty	"0" if no asks are currently on the book.

HTTP	code	msg
400	-1100	Unknown symbol.
400	—	symbol missing or malformed: plain-text axum rejection (Failed to deserialize query string: …), not the {code,msg} JSON shape.
500	-1000	Matching-engine RPC unreachable.

Backed by the same matching-engine book_snapshot gRPC as depth — just takes only level 0 per side. If you need multiple levels, call depth instead.
