Semantics

  • The response covers the latest limit intervals ending at the interval of the symbol's most recent trade. Intervals with no trades are omitted, so you may receive fewer than limit bars — a quiet market yields fewer bars, not older ones. There are no startTime / endTime parameters.
  • Bars are built from taker-side fills plus, for the earliest history of a market, a seeded historical series; the two never overlap.
  • Positions 9–11 are always "0": the aggregate is not split by aggressor side.

Errors

HTTPcodeWhen
400—symbol or interval missing (framework rejection).
429-1003Per-IP public weight exhausted.

Differences from Binance

  • Supported intervals are the seven listed above; unsupported intervals return an empty array rather than -1120.
  • No startTime / endTime / timeZone; no synthetic flat bars for empty intervals.
  • Live 1-minute bars are also available on the @kline_1m stream.
