Cancel Order

Type: TRADE · Weight: 1 · not counted against the order buckets

Status: Implemented.

DELETE /api/v3/order

Cancel an open order by orderId. Cancels never consume order-count quota, so quotes can always be pulled while throttled on placements.

Request — parameters in the query string (as for every method), signature last

Differences from Binance

  • Parameters are read from the query string only, for every method.
  • origClientOrderId cannot be used to identify the order; orderId is mandatory.
  • The response is the short form above, not the full order object.
  • No cancelReplace. Cancel-all is DELETE /api/v3/openOrders with a mandatory symbol.
