Cancel All Orders

DELETE /api/v3/openOrders
Cancel every open order on one symbol in a single call. Built for market makers as the kill switch: a whole quote ladder can be pulled while the key is throttled on placements, because cancels never consume order-count quota.
Request — parameters in the query string, signature last
DELETE /api/v3/openOrders?symbol=CBTC-USDCB×tamp=1756600000000&signature=...
Parameters
| Name | Type | Required | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
symbol | string | yes | Only this symbol's orders are cancelled. A call without symbol is rejected, never "cancel everything". |
Response — 200 — one element per cancelled order, oldest first

An empty array means nothing was resting. Orders that filled or were cancelled between the listing and the cancel are omitted, not reported as errors: the post-condition is the same either way.
Errors
| HTTP | code | cause |
|---|---|---|
400 | -1102 | symbol missing. |
400 | -1100 | The trading service rejected a cancel. |
429 | -1003 | Weight bucket exhausted. |
500 | -1000 | Trading service or database unavailable. |
On an error other than -1102, some orders may already have been cancelled; call GET /api/v3/openOrders to read the remaining set.
Differences from Binance
- Only the short cancel element is returned per order, not the full order object.
